Unfortunately no. Special discounted rates are reserved for all EnviroFleet account holders; either corporate or non-corporate clients. Essentially, this offer is due to a particular organisation's commitment to our service, and because it allows us to bulk bill/invoice. If however you plan to use our services regularly, or over a certain period of time, speak to an EnviroFleet Corporate Transfers representative and see what arrangement can be made outside a corporate account.

HOW FAR AHEAD OF PICKUP TIME SHOULD I BOOK?

EnviroFleet's chauffeur availability can only be guaranteed 24 hours in advance. We will always make every attempt to provide you with one of our chauffeur-driven cars.

CAN I AMEND MY BOOKING AFTER THE TRANSACTION?

Yes. All booking can be amended 24 hours prior to the original booking time at no charge. But it is up to you to ring and let us know. A small fee is incurred for cancellations (due to bank transfers), unless you are an EnviroFleet corporate account, in which case there is no fee. If a change is requested within 24 hours, a small fee might be applicable and a hybrid vehicle is not always guaranteed - depending on availability.

ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR GROUP BOOKINGS?

Special arrangements can be made for larger group bookings and regular use of our chauffeur service in Melbourne and/or Sydney; either during the same day or spread over multiple days throughout the year.

EnviroFleet is moving away from traditional vehicles. Owner drivers must have a hybrid car in order to be part of the eco-friendly chauffer service initiative. It does not have to be a Lexus as such, but we highly recommend it. Since we have a corporate account with Lexus of Brighton, we can offer you a more attractive price on start-up fees and vehicle purchasing. On the other hand, other Luxury Hybrid vehicles bring added-value to the group's fleet as whole.
