Tailor-made mobile App to enhance chauffeur service, quality & client experienceEnviroFleet Corporate Transfers introduces a new tailor-made mobile application to enhance its chauffeur service, quality, and overall client experience.
Following two years of development, EnviroFleet has rolled out its new innovative mobile App called Odigo, tailor-made specifically for the Australian chauffeured transportation sector.
“Technology is fast-changing the way we use and what we expect from all sorts of services, including chauffeured transportation. Our new mobile App allows us to stay ahead of the technological trends, digitalise our business, and overall ensure we provide our clients with added-value and the very best standards of service,” states Managing Director, EnviroFleet Corporate Transfers, Steven Dimas.
Among other features, this native mobile App allows passengers to be regularly updated on their pick-up status, with notifications and a real-time tracking map of their particular driver. At the same time, it allows EnviroFleet to better coordinate and apply quality control measures, monitoring the operations of its own drivers, both in-house and subcontractors.
“Passengers want and expect such features and quality in their service these days. The Odigo App delivers this, helping us chauffeur companies to improve the experience, yet maintaining the personalised service our clients know and trust,” he adds.
Following initial research and development, results and feedback from clients and drivers alike have been extremely positive and now Odigo has been rolled out to all EnviroFleet drivers in Melbourne and Sydney. The App is also available to other chauffeur companies, small and large, allowing them to also remain relevant and competitive, and enhance the services of the local chauffeur industry here in Australia.
